WordPress has a standars tag <!–nextpage–> which to be placed in the post to get a pagination. Unfortunately it appeared under my adsense adds, social networks buttons and related posts widget – which caused a big possibility that website user could not find the pagination link.
To get the pagination buttons also on top on the post I decided to copy the code and paste it as shown on the picture below:
