Error 0x80240016

Today I decided to upgrade my Windows 10 Technical Preview build from version 9860 to 9879.

Unfortunately, just after downloading the new build the system kept showing me an error 0x80240016, saying ply try again later.

Restarting windows was not helpful at all. I found a good solution which helped me to install the upgrade.

First of all you have to run the Command Prompt as administrator (start, type cmd and right click run as administrator), when you must type:

net stop wuauserv

and after few seconds:

net start wuauserv

That is all – now you should be able to run your update 🙂

New Forest. Amazing place near Southampton.

Today Arleta, Karina and I visited for the first time The New Forest. We spent only about one hour there, because our baby Karina started to cry a little bit.

During that time I took a few pictures. I also started to love that place straight away.

I am sure we will revisit The New Forest many many times again in the future. I only had a telephoto lens so I am unable to publish landscape pictures from The New Forest but please believe, the place is amazing.

Unfortunately during this short time we have not met any deer, but we spotted a lot of birds and also few wild ponies.

Baby’s photography – passport photo – get it right :)

A few days ago we decided to apply for Karina’s first passport. As the easier way we chose a photobooth. It was a disaster. The baby was wriggling, crying, we could not hide our supporting hands from the picture. Also, after pressing the shutter button in the photobooth we had to wait a few seconds for the camera’s reaction. During that time the baby kept changing positions. We had three attempts and the result below is the… best one. £5 wasted 🙂
